Mr Thando Mpulu obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Fort Hare. He has completed an Executive Global Business Leadership programme with Duke Corporate Education in India as well as a Corporate Governance programme through the Institute of Directors. He has an MBA from Regent Business School. He started his career as a business development specialist for a small business organization.
He gained extensive corporate experience as a Sales Executive at Novartis Pharmaceuticals Emerging Markets. He later held the position of Director of Marketing at Performance Unlimited and Sure Travel respectively. Mr Mpulu has served as the Chairperson of the Black Management Forum in the Eastern Cape as well as a member of the Eastern Cape Provincial Legislature (MPL) during the 5th Administration. He was the first CEO of the Black Business Forum in the Eastern Cape. He is currently the General Manager for Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipality.

With a Master of Business Administration (MBA), B-Tech in Transportation Management focused on Logistic Management, National Diploma in Transportation Management and Municipal Executives Finance Management: WITS Business School his main area of specialisation is Operations Management and his key job junctional outputs entails amongst others: Providing strategic leadership, guidance and direction in the management of the Commission Business,, Consignment Control, Compliance Services, Food Quality Assurance as well as Properties Administration.

Mr Xhanti Jikwana obtained a Bachelor of Agriculture in Economics in 2001 from UFH. He further obtained his post graduate degree in (Honours Degree in Agribusiness Management) in 2007 from Uni of Pretoria.
Started his career as Agricultural Economist in Amathole District DRDAR. He gained extensive knowledge in National Government as a business developer and later became a Senior Agricultural Economist in the same National Dept of Agriculture. He further served as Market Manager Kei Fresh Produce Market in Mthatha.

Mr Tshifhiwa Madima is an Agricultural Economist with a Bachelor of Agricultural Management degree, (from the Universities of the North (now University of Limpopo), an Honours degree in Agricultural Economics and a Master Degree in Agricultural Economics both from University of Pretoria.
His work experience in the Agricultural Sector spans over 15 years, starting at the Land and Agriculture Policy Centre, where he worked as a Researcher in the Land Reform Unit. He subsequently proceeded to work in various stages of the agro-value chain, from; upstream primary production as an Agricultural Economist at Limpopo Department of Agriculture, at the National Agricultural Marketing Council as Head of the Field Crops Section, to financing of the Agriculture, Food and Beverages sectors at the Industrial Development Corporation, and later, downstream Agro-processing sector development, as Director: Agro-processing at the Department of Trade and Industry. He also gained experience in working for an international organization, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, where he worked as Senior Technical Project Manager.
Before joining the Tshwane Fresh Produce Market, Mr Madima was the Agribusiness Executive at Joburg Market, a City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Entity. His work focused mainly on research and development, agribusiness enterprises development and promotion of food security within the City of Johannesburg. As the Head and Accounting Officer of Tshwane Fresh Produce Market, Mr Madima is tasked with the day-to-day running of the market and accountable for all market operations.

Ms Nokuthula Rose Chavula obtained a BCOMPT Degree in 2009 from Vista / CUT in Welkom, Free State. She further obtained her SAICA articles in 2013 ( South African Institute of Chartered Accountant) at the Auditor General and wrote her Board Exams that led her to be Qualified as Professional Accountant in 2015 which fall under SAIPA ( South African Institute of Professional Accountant). In 2023 she completed her Master’s degree in Business Administration ( MBA), the focus area was the investigation into Age Diversity on the Implementation of Change Management Strategy: A case of Matjhabeng Local Municipality, Welkom.
Ms Chavula has 15 years’ experience in the financial Sector as an Auditor, Consultant and Accountant through which; with details, cautious, deliberate, logical, and analytical has proven her ability to manage and complete projects to the highest standard with meticulous diligence, and within agreed deadlines. Furthermore, she has experience in working with different Municipalities, Departments & Private companies such as AFGRI.
Currently she is the Manager at Fresh Produce Market (Matjhabeng Local Municipality). As a Head of the Market, she manages the key performance and result indicators associated with the Welkom Fresh Produce Market Section of the Financial Services Department functionality through the implementation of the Agricultural Produce Agents Act, IMASA (Institute of Market agents of SA) as well as laid down policies and procedures dictating operational activities, financial reporting, recording requirements, providing input into longer term objective setting and financial planning sequences, directing and executing accounting procedures and operational processes.

Mr. Teboho Kholoanyane is a seasoned public servant. He worked all his life in the public service. He worked both in the provincial government and in municipalities. He cut his teeth in the department of Economic Development, Small Business and Conservation working in the procurement section. He moved to the Department of Public Works, Roads and Transport where he worked in Traffic management and later in Revenue Division.
He moved to the former Naledi Municipality in the Free State and worked as Head of the office of the Mayor for two incumbents. He later was given the responsibility of being a municipal Spokesperson. Before leaving Naledi Municipality he was appointed Manager: Economic, Rural Development and Tourism. He moved to Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality where he was appointed Chief of Staff in the Office of the Executive Mayor.
Mr. Teboho Kholoanyane is currently the General Manager of Mangaung Fresh Produce Market. He studied economics and politics with the University of the Free State, holds a number of executive management qualifications with University of Witwatersrand, a Post Graduate Diploma in Governance and Politics, and a Masters Degree in Governance and Politics specializing in Local Economic Development.
He characterizes himself as a development activist and he is involved with some NGOs, cooperative movements and organisations that are dealing with developmental issues in communities. Mr. Kholoanyane has proven himself as capable of leading as he has and still leading in a few organisations as far back as in his student days.

Mrs. Betty Komote obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing Management from the University of South Africa. She has extensive experience in the local municipality City of Tshwane -Tshwane Fresh Produce Market, she subsequently started to work in various stages of the Tshwane Fresh Produce Market as a System Information and Development Officer in marketing. She further gained experience as Deputy Director heading the sub-section Business Development & Transformation. She is currently heading the Market Development Section as an Acting Director overseeing and managing the daily operations.
